    My pumpkin seeds were burned after 35 minutes at 375! What a waste of time plucking all those seeds out of the pumpkin guts.

    Flavor is awesome. I think less time in oven because seeds wete overcooked.

    They were yummy! But you do have to watch them as the butter will burn. They took about 18 minutes in my convection oven.
