- 1 Vidalia onion (large, cut into ¼" slices)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- salt (to taste, after rings are cooked)
