As I was measuring out the flour I asked myself why am I going to all this trouble. I hate double breading. Its so messy. But these were so good I will definitely make them again. Also I made ranch dip but they were so good by themselves I didn't feel it was necessary.

I thought it was very good. I did not use cayenne pepper because I cook for the public some people do not like hot hot hot spices. I did not serve this in huge portions of the fries because of wasting the fries. I serve this as a BAR MENU ITEM. Enough HEAT for the fries comes from the dip I make with sweet chili sauce, sour cream etc. ENJOY!
