Tweaked the recipe on my second time making it. Wanted the granola to have larger chunks so I added a couple tablespoons of chia seeds. That helped a lot. Flavor is best with melted coconut oil (it’s healthier too!)

This is a very tasty recipe! i might add just a tad more salt next time. This does give you the nice chunks of granola.

Could not stay away from it! So good!! I added a little vanilla, some egg whites and used coconut oil :)
