Delicious! Reduced the recipe quantity for the 2 of us Found that I needed to make more glaze to serve with leftovers because it was so yummy! Served leftovers over rice noodles so as to not waste all that delicious glaze. Definitely plan to make again!

Really good. The glaze was perfect. Next time I will only use part of it in the pan so the chips get more sticky

Really really good. Will be added to our regular rotation. Family members that typically don’t eat leftovers told me how good it still was for lunch the next day. My personal fav pork recipe I’ve tried so far.
