- 8 taco shells (crunchy organic corn tortilla)
- 2 tsp. virgin coconut oil (get my favorite brand)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef (grass-fed)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce (1 can ,organic)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper (add more or less depending on your heat tolerance)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- sea salt (to taste, I recommend Pink Himalayan, Celtic or Utah sourced salt)
- 4 cloves garlic (3- ,minced)
- 10 slices jalapenos (8- ,jarred, diced, optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (organic, chopped)
- fresh lime juice
- avocado (cream sauce, optional)
- salsa (Fire roasted, optional)
- 1 cup black beans (Homemade)
- 1 avocado (medium ripe)
- 3 Tbsp. full fat sour cream (2-)
- sea salt (to taste, I recommend Pink Himalayan, Celtic or Utah sourced salt)
- granulated garlic (to taste)
- lime juice (optional)
