- 1 cup whole oats (optional for full Gluten free people)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I used almond, brazil and walnuts really good mix)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (and/or sunflower seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded coconut (or coconut flakes)
- 3/4 cup buckwheat (grouts, these looks like hard little round balls)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 dash mixed spice
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (Real)
- 3 handfuls goji berries (or any other dried chopped fruit you like, currents, apricots, raisins, apple)
