  • 1 tablespoon cajun spice
  • 25 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper (grilled and sliced into strips, you could use one from an antipasti jar)
  • 6 tablespoons red cabbage (picked, sliced)
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 8 taco shells (I used a mixture of Old El Paso soft standing ones, pictured and crispy corn ones)
