Crunchy chicken coated with Hellmann's light mayonnaise and cornflakes crumbs.
Ingredients

- 700 grams chicken wings (and drumsticks)
- 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 50 grams cornflakes (crushed)
- 50 grams breadcrumbs (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lime

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the honey, soy sauce and lime zest.
- Cover the chicken with the mayo mix
- Dip the chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes and breadcrumbs to coat them
- Cook in the oven during 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Breadcrumb mix didn't sick to chicken and needed 40 minutes to cook, chicken was still pink at 25 minutes
