  • 700 grams chicken wings (and drumsticks)
  • 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
  • 50 grams cornflakes (crushed)
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lime

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
    2. Mix the mayonnaise with the honey, soy sauce and lime zest.
    3. Cover the chicken with the mayo mix
    4. Dip the chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes and breadcrumbs to coat them
    5. Cook in the oven during 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

    Breadcrumb mix didn't sick to chicken and needed 40 minutes to cook, chicken was still pink at 25 minutes
