- 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs (or breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (Kikkoman preferred, see photo above)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (finely ground, I used shredded Parmesan cheese and put it through a food processor until the crumbs were the same size as the panko bread crumbs)
- 1 extra large egg (whisked)
- marinara sauce (for dipping)

I marinated the chicken in wing sauce before coating, and added salt, pepper and parsley to my bread crumb mixture.

They were tasty. I added salt, pepper and garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture
