    They do have to be well drained and dried before baking -- that will keep them crunchy and not too soft as penguin noted. I used a salad spinner, then drained on a paper towel

    My chick peas came out soft, anyone have any advice on how to fix this so they can be crunchy?

    Good, maybe add some cayenne pepper or something to give it a little more spice

    I loved how simple this snack was to make! I am a bit of a snack fiend, but try to keep it as healthy as possible when I can. This hit the spot perfectly!
