- 1 sweet onion (medium to large)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs (may need a little more or less)
- 1 cup chicken broth (/stock)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (+ additional for topping the meatloaf.)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (I actually add more like 2-3 but I’m a huge thyme lover)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (may need a little more depending on the size of your onion)
