this truly is a fast recipe. my advice is to mis en place, then plan out which steps can be done simultaneously because the bechamel comes together slowly, then all at once, and it does not make more than two sandwiches worth. i did church it up by hearing some parmesan on top prior to broiling.

Easy to follow recipe. Next time, will look to use more cheese while making the bechamel sauce so comes out more gooey.
