Not bad but was a little bland. I forgot about cumin, green onions and cilantro so hopefully I can try again. It was fairly easy.

Quick & easy to prepare and really tasty. Served over rice with a touch of cheddar, cilantro and plain, non-fat Greek yogurt. One change - I cooked for 4 hours on low instead of 8 and I think I could have shaved off another hour to get juicier chicken. Will definately make again.
