It was delicious! would recommend cutting back a bit on the chicken stock or adding more beans.

Flavor was good but could use more seasoning. Also the consistency was pretty monochrome. However, it was a simple dish to make and very satisfying!

It was just OK. I followed the recipe exact and the flavors just weren’t bold enough for me. The consistency felt more like a soup than chilly too. I think I’ll try a different recipe next time.

It was good but I’ve had better white chicken chili. It was a little watery still after straining out some of the broth.

Delicious! I added lime juice to help tenderize the chicken and some hominy to the bottom of my bowl first. So so good.

Fantastic! Added about a cup of fresh corn and used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (used a dollop in the crock to help thicken as well) , only blended about 1.5 cups worth and it was perfect! While family loved!

A bit watery but I am a soup lover so it didn’t bother me plus the flavors are spot on.

It was good but next time I think I will put another type of bean in on top of the two cans of white bean I used. I think I will also add corn just to add a bit more color to the recipe. I only used half of the recommended chicken stock and did not blend or mush them as suggested.

This has great tastes and is very easy. However it turned out more like soup than chili so I would recommend cutting back a bit on the chicken stock or adding more beans. Pulsing the beans with an immersion blender did help a bit.
