  • 1/2 cup fruit (chopped, – I use apples, dried apricots or dried cranberries)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted, I also use walnuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds)
