It was wonderful with some tweaks! Added chorizo sausages and cooked them in the broth, also adddd some chicken bullion and crushed red pepper flakes. Left out the spinach so my family would eat it. Added tortellini the last hour. Only used 4oz of cream cheese

It was hit! I cooked it in my IP on slow cook for an hour. I only added cream cheese, broth, and tomatoes, after it heated for an hour I gave it a good stir, then added the tortellini and spinach for 20 more minutes on meat/stew setting I probably would have added the spinach 5 minutes before serving, as it was a bit overcooked. Can easily be done in a regular pot. The flavor was great!

Recipe turned out great. I put all the ingredients in a large pot instead of the crockpot to save time also a tsp. of honey to sweeten it just a bit. A simple yet delicious meal. I will make again

well it taste great, I wouldn't cook it in a crockpot again it was falling apart and mushy at the 3 hour mark.

I'm giving this 3 stars because the tortellini turned into mush in 5 hours. And that was on my ultra low setting. Three hours would have been plenty I think.
Flavor wasn't bad. I wouldn't add the spinach at the beginning if I make it again but only for about 30 minutes at the end. Was a little slimy.
