Very good & super easy! I used broccoli cheese soup instead and added some broccoli and onion. Just FYI - I cooked it on the high setting and it was done about 30 minutes sooner than indicated. Might just be my slower cooker but thought I’d mention it. I will make this again.

Came out pretty good. Anything with sausage and potatoes calls for onion, so that’s what I did. Sautéed half a large onion I had hanging out in the fridge with the garlic before mixing together. I saw reviews saying it was too moist. I decided to use the soup can to measure a fairly equal portion of milk so there was less liquid. Guessing at salt and pepper came out being a little shy. Still seemed like it was missing something in the end, just not sure what. It’s definitely worth making again and experimenting with some more. Lots of potential for building flavors you enjoy.
