    It was definitely not what i expected, the flavors dont blend well together at all, and it came out more like a stew or soup than a meal.

    really good very simple and I substituted kirkland taco seasoning instead of cajun

    good recipe overall, but i would do half the amount of onion.

    Had intentions of sticking to the recipe but with only looking at the ingredients I needed instead of reading the actual directions, I found out I needed SMOKED sausage, I bought regular sausage. Well changed it up and made a mighty good sausage, potato soup. Just added some chicken broth, (doesn't compete with other favors like beef would) and whatever else was in the frig and all set. Still wondering how the original would taste!
