good solid potato flavor but i found it to be too thick. it needs more broth, less cream.

Everyone really enjoyed this one, so it’s going into the rotation. I did not blend it up because we like chunks of potato, and next time I won’t use a whole onion (that was a bit too much for me). I also added some garlic salt, parsley, and thyme...oh, and a full cup of sour cream because why not?! Thanks for another slow cooker recipe that is a literal crowd pleaser.
