I disagree! I love pho, I’ve made it numerous times and it has turned out great every time.
it is way better than any pho I can get in the town I have to work in for 3 weeks a month until I can get home and go to my favourite restaurant. It eases the cravings so I don’t go through pho withdrawals

We ended up throwing it out. In all fairness, maybe we just don't like pho, but it was very bland and the noodles came out soggy.
