Make extra sauce and add more veggies (broccoli?). Good start, easy! Whole family liked it.

This turned out tough and dry for me. May have used a larger crockpot than the one used to make the recipe? Not sure. Won’t be making it again.

Super tender beef but if you want your peppers to have a little life, put them in closer to the end of cooking to retain some crunch.
