- 2 Granny Smith apples (medium, peeled if desired, cored and chopped)
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or regular milk)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. coconut palm sugar (or honey, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or butter)
- 1 cup rolled oats (if need gluten-free, try Bob’s Red Mill)
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
