    Love this recipe! No changes needed unless you want more spice/heat. I recommend 3 chicken breasts. I tried 4 the second time, and it was a lot of chicken to soup.

    This was good. I made it in the Instant Pot since I didn’t plan ahead. I followed the crockpot directions except that I pressure cooked using the soup button for 30 minutes. I removed the chicken and about 2 cups of the vegetables and used my immersion blender to purée most of the soup so it would be a little creamy. I returned the shredded chicken and unpureed vegetables to serve l.
