I stuck to the recipe as given. I thought the end result was bland. Probably won’t make this again. Sad I wasted good olives on this.

This was a delicious dinner! The only thing I did different was I used 3 1/3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs! Everything else stayed the same. I found it to be the perfect amount of chicken to other ingredients!
