- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (Italian flavored, mix in 2 tablespoons melted butter for topping)

Pretty dang good! The sides do get a little burnt, so i would maybe cook less than 6 hours (the top cook time). But the rest is great!
