I AM SUCH A FAN OF THIS!! I changed it up just a scooch. I’d never in my life heard of two tbsp of onions, so I added a whole medium one. It also ended up pretty runny, so I threw in a cup of pepper jack cheese, too. I served it over rice for a friend, it’s totally versatile like that. And I garnished it with a little tomato, green onion, and avocado. Amazing!!

Ok... 10 thumbs up on this Keto recipe! I garnished with dill pickles! So friggin good!
UPDATE: I made this again and added bacon as recommended in the commentary in the directions. I also added sliced jalapeños... amazingly delicious! 🤩
