    Fantastic and easy to throw in the crockpot and very tasty

    Followed the recipe to the T. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't "oh my gosh, this needs to be a regular" either. For some reason mine turned out more of a soup than a stew. I didnt mind that. I ate with buttered saltines and it ended up being the perfect side. The stew meat was extremely tender. If I make this again, I will add a little bit of sweet corn, I think that will make a lovely addition.
