- 3 lb. frozen meatballs (packaged of precooked)
- 15 oz. pineapple chunks (unsweetened, drained BUT saving the juice)
- 1 cup green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup red bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- sauce (will be runny and that is okay. You can use cornstarch to thicken if you prefer thicker sauce, mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of cold water, stir and slowly pour into your crockpot 10 minutes before turning your crockpot off)

so easy to make!!. i used the pressure cooking function for 12 minutes. yumm. making again for sur.

Cut the recipe in half. Have leftovers.
SO EASY TO COOK! Yes, this is labeled as a crockpot recipe but we cooked it on the stove top in about 30ish minutes and out it over Idahoan potatoes. Absolute yum. This is being put in my cook book.
