Turned out great!! I did mine in an instantpot, 10 minutes with a 5 minute natural release, and it came out tender. For Bbq sauce I used Famous Daves Devil's Spit and Kraft Brown Sugar. Definitely will make again.

I LOVED how easy it was... and tasted amazing too! It's a recipe that reheats really well too. I served it over brown rice with some veggies on the side. Yum!!!

This was possibly the easiest dish I’ve ever made and it tasted delicious. We used fresh pineapple, so added a 6 ounce juice box of organic juice. Caution: we used 3.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of 2-3 pounds of legs (with bones), and had a scant half-cup left over. We also made 3 side dishes. I recommend making extra because this dish is very tasty!
