Outstanding! This recipe is so simple, yet so very delicious! We substituted pork loin for the shoulder to make it lighter and toasted Ciabatta rolls for the buns which added a nice crunch. We also added deli ham and pickles to play on the Cuban Sandwich. Some in the family enjoyed a little mustard as well (I thought it didn't need it). We use the slow cooker at least once a week, we will defiantly add this to our slow cooker cook book!
