    This was sssooo good!!!! I did it in a pot on the stove with leftover roasted chicken and added black beans. Super hearty and extremely easy!!!

    Super easy! I threw this together in between my busy day and was delighted when I returned to it in the evening. The whole family enjoyed it. It pairs well with a cheese quesadilla and a Mexican Caesar salad I got from Yummly!

    My husband LOVES this soup. I can't get the instructions to pull up, so I just threw everything in the crockpot on high for 5 ish hours. The only thing I added was 1 can of black beans. They rounded out the soup nicely. After about 4 hours I shredded the chicken. I also just added about 1-2 Tbsps of minced garlic, instead of the 3 garlics listed. Once ready, I topped with cheese and cilantro and served chips and guacamole (avocado, lemon juice, hardboiled eggs, lemon pepper, and salt) on the side.
