Excellent. Definitely a keeper! Would be great over rice too! Seasoning was perfect!

This is bursting with flavors,
Loved it so much i have eaten it for lunch and dinner today.
I added a can of cherry tomatoes and diced capsicum then just sprinkled cheese on top with some coriander and spring onions.
