This was very easy and pretty tasty, which was great for my skill level. The ingredients were relatively common and easy to find. Total prep and involvement was maybe 15 minutes.
I do wish the broth was a little thicker. The taste is very good, but not mind blowing, which is why I’m giving 4 stars.

Delicious! I made homemade enchilada sauce so my spices were nearly doubled so I'd recommend adding additional spice. I'm not sure if it would've been enough had I used the store bought enchilada sauce. I also used two onions, one yellow onion in the homemade enchilada sauce and one white onion in the chili itself.

It turned out quite well. I like that it is easy to substitute or switch out ingredients.

Super good recipe. I used a hot enchilada sauce and added a red pepper as well. Turned out amazing. The cilantro on top adds a wonderful freshness. Will definitely make this again.
