    Whole family loved it, including a picky 7 year old and toddler! Will make again (perhaps with some corn).

    I had to make some substitutions based on what I had on hand, but it was so good! Nice to know it has some wiggle room.
    This recipe was wonderful. My whole family really liked it. Two large chicken breasts was a little too much chicken in there so I think I’ll only do one next time though. I did also add a can of dark kidney beans also but that’s mainly because I love extra beans!

    I'd recommend draining the canned ingredients as it turned out a little watery but nothing some crackers and cheese couldn't thicken. I will make this again.
