- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (cut up)
- 4 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 lb. ground beef (precooked)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella (optional)
- 3 celery (ribs, diced, optional)
- 1 bell pepper (diced, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning (or keep the paprika and go with a little less taco seasoning)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
