  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

    Turned out great.. I just tossed everything into the crockpot all at once. Once cooked I added cornstarch to sauce in crock pot to thicken up a bit and just poured over the meat on the pate when served.

    The pork was tender & juicy. The glaze was good, & the sage gave it a nice comfort food quality & flavor.
