    My first time making short ribs but they actually turned out pretty good! This recipe was great however a few points did confuse me. And i might have liked more specificity on the wine choice. I still liked the sauce and dish overall

    Fell off the bone and flavorful! Lip smacking and finger licking. I doubled the recipe for eight; even that wasn’t enough! I’ll be making it again very soon!
