perfect and tender! I cooked it on high for 4 hours and switched it low for 3 hours! I also added zucchini, potatoes, & tri color carrots.

This isn’t my favorite pot roast recipe- but it is good and very easy. A good recipe to put in the crockpot before work. Will probably make again when my time is short.
