This was the best pulled pork I think I’ve ever made - I followed the directions but used a sweet and spicy bourbon bbq sauce instead! The whole family loved it and compared it to some of our favorite restaurant options!

I LOVE this recipe. It's quick (if you plan ahead to let flavors mingle), easy, and DELICIOUS! I preferred to keep the BBQ sauce separate, to give my diners the option to eat this "dry" or with the sauce. I have to say, I even preferred it w/o the sauce. We will definitely be making this again.
