- 4 slices toasted bread (I used inexpesive GF sliced bread)
- 2 cups celery (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (large, diced)
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable! --and another 1/4 cup if desired, later)
