- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (I used gluten free crums)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter (salted or unsalted, your choice)
- 16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature, I nuked mine for 30 seconds to get it soft)
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar (I like Baker's Sugar because the granules are so small)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature, I put the eggs in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (mmm. cream.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (good, not imitation!)
- 1 Tbsp. flour (I used gluten free flour)
