I made this rice last night to go with steak quesadillas and street tacos.. it turned out SO GOOD!! My husband commented, “I’m becoming a real chef.” LOL ( almost one year married and coming up on about 10 months of cooking experience) Yay! I was hesitant because I didn’t see any reviews, glad I tried! 10/10 will make again...
PS , totally eating cold leftovers as I write this. Thank you for the recipe!
