This turned out AMAZING!!! You honestly can't even taste the cauliflower! I put some cayenne pepper in as well for some kick and that just made it even better!

I don’t usually take the time to do reviews... but this is hands-down my favorite soup I’ve made. No one in the family knew it was cauliflower! I used home-made chicken stock and put a pad of bacon fat in the bottom of the crockpot under the cauliflower.
Holy moly I’m glad I made a double batch! YUM.
