the meat is so tender and so good! There is so much flavor. I did a burrito instead of tacos and put green Chile sauce on top. Was top notch and will be making again

These are soooo good 100% my all time favorite thing to make. while you’re putting them together soak the tortillas in the juice and grill them mmmm soooo goood

This is fantastic. Made 4lbs of chicken thighs plus a little extra on listed ingredients. “15 min prep time” took me 45 minutes however, considering taking fat off the fatty chicken thighs, rinsing, and prepping all ingredients. Worth it. Recommendation: make 4 to 5lb chicken thigh batch, and have plenty for later in the week. Your family will thank you. Delish.

Super delicious I would consider adding beans or lentils or other proteins in as well to lower the meat content. I used it on top of cabbage or lettuce salads in addition to tacos.
