Awesome! I had been looking this recipe over for weeks! I’m a huge Alfredo fan and knew I would love this after reading ingredients. I used sun-dried tomatoes but next time I make this I will probably just use cherry tomatoes. My husband works in Italian restaurant so I had fresh grated Parmesan and it turned out amazing! I would probably only use fresh cherry tomatoes next time instead of the jarred sun-dried tomatoes but that’s just my own personal taste buds! My husband is a Very very picky eater especially working in a restaurant but he liked his plate clean and had seconds. I am definitely going to make this part of my monthly rotation. Great recipe great flavor great alternative to just Alfredo. I highly recommend this recipe any day of the week

This recipe is a winner in my book. Now I didn’t cook mine in a Crockpot I did a non stick pan, and seasoned the chicken so it wouldn’t be bland. The meal took about thirty minutes from start to finish. Note: I used thin chicken breast.

This is the first Yummly recipe that I've really disliked. It's getting 3 stars because my boyfriend really liked it, but personally I would rather give just one. As others have said, the sauce was not creamy. It was very liquidly and oily, and the chicken had little flavor. It had a very unappetizing color and texture as well, to the point where I couldn't finish my meal. It's a shame to say, but that's the truth from this household.

Sauce was not creamy. When the chicken fat combined with the butter, the sauce was overwhelmingly oily. The flavor was great but not worth putting it into the crockpot especially when you had to do a lot of prep before. I cooked this exact dish in a skillet one time. Not only was it easier to make, it was delicious and creamy!

I’d make it again, but making sure that the Alfredo sauce is thicker. Tastes delicious!

Great! Taste is on point. The sauce does break in the crock pot. Only cooked 3 hours instead of 4.

It is really good. Next time I will use less butter, though. I used chicken breast tenderloins for mine, and put it over ravioli. It is perfect after a day of being in thr cool weather.

had to make it with soy milk as an alternative to heavy cream as my boyfriend is lactose, but it still turned out pretty good! I also used fake parmesan for the same reason, but I would recommend using real parmesan and grate it fresh.

I didn’t use crockpot due to time limitation so used extra large pan with lid. The breasts I had on hand were super thick & scoring them in half saved on time. Used avocado oil instead of butter for searing breasts then discarded most of the liquid before pouring in Alfredo sauce mixture. The sauce can easily be salty due to Parmesan so be sure to put less if you’re sensitive to salt. Once the sauce is bubbling over the chicken, I threw in fresh spinach from pre-washed bag (~ three cups) and replaced the lid for about 5 minutes or until some wilts (I don’t prefer over cooked spinach). I also doubled the sun-dried tomato (be sure to julienne if possible). Served over bed of spiraled zucchini & yellow squash and topped with fresh ground black pepper & red pepper flakes. The entire meal took 45 minutes and about 30 minutes to prep.
