- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (very soft, alternately you can use 2 TB of olive oil if you prefer)
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion

- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 black pepper (tap fresh)
- 1 tsp. citrus zest (I use lemon or orange)
- 3/4 cup chicken stock (depends on size of breast)
