- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup corn (frozen roasted, I only could find regular corn)
- 3 green onions
- 28 oz. tomatoes (can of, and juice)
- 1 cup vegetables (chopped up, that you have on hand, celery and carrots in my fridge)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- salt (to taste)
- 1 can black beans (I used organic tri-blend)
- tortilla chips
- cheddar cheese (or Shredded Taco Blend)
- sour cream
- green onions
- cilantro
