I make this regularly. Family loves it. I make in an instant pot and ready to serve 30 minutes start to finish. I add a can of hatch green chiles, tablespoon of vegetable better than bullion, 28 oz green enchilada sauce, omit tomato paste.

Delicious! Needed a bit more seasoning, I added cumin, salt and black pepper. Will make again!

Turned out great! Didn't use enchilada sauce but added peppers. Gave it the perfect amount of spice.

Loved this recipe!! My husband added more corn starch to thicken a little more. Even Peeps loved it!

Didn't have the enchilada sauce, but made it anyway and it was still really good.

I ended up cooking my ground beef with garlic, green onion, and cilantro. I also added one can of cheddar cheese soup to the crockpot while it was cooking. After doing these things its a five star last time I made this it was just blah and bland. I also used red sauce instead of green as I didn't have it on hand tastes better

Great! I added flour instead of cornstarch and onions, paprika, and cumin in addition. Yum! I cooked on med-low for an hour and a half and turned out delicious!
