- 2 lb. beef (sliced into 1.5 by 1.5 inch)
- 1 can beef broth (or 2 cups water)
- 2 red delicious apples (devide by 4)
- 1 sweet potato (large, slice into big chunks, 1.5 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- salt (to taste.)

- Place the beef, apples, onion, sweet potato and broth and crock pot on low overnight - 7 to 8 hours. When ready to serve, add salt to taste. Enjoy.
